My work ethic is inspired by my grandfather, an extraordinary entrepreneur who demonstrated the power of hard work and dedication. In the early mornings, he milked cows and personally delivered fresh milk to his customers. Afterward, he transitioned to his other business—construction—where he built homes with unmatched craftsmanship. Known for his attention to detail and integrity, he was respected by many as a truly skilled and conscientious businessman.
My grandfather would often remind me, “The customer always comes first; without them, we’d go hungry.” This wisdom has guided me throughout my life and career. Over the years, I have started and built five businesses from the ground up, each rooted in the same principles he taught me. Now, as I transition into retirement, I've embarked on my final venture in real estate investment—a field where I have decades of experience. My vision is to pass this business on to my 12-year-old grandson, who has already shown a keen interest and joined me on many property visits.
I’m committed to passing down the legacy of dedication, integrity, and customer-first values that my grandfather instilled in me. These old-fashioned work ethics, now rare in today’s business world, will be the foundation of our family’s future in real estate.
